(Recipe makes 4 muffins)

Ingredients :-

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180'C and grease muffin pan with coconut oil
  2. In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, sugar and baking powder.
  3. Add water and mix well.
  4. Fold in zucchini and rolled oats - mix until well combined.
  5. Spoon batter into muffin pan and top with some dark chocolate chunks.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes and then enjoy 😋
