The Perfect Banana Oatmeal Flourless Pancakes

Makes 2 medium pancakes



  1. Add water and egg to flourless pancake mix.
  2. Mix well all the ingredients until you get a thick-creamy consistency (Tip : if it is too thin, add a little more pancake mix.  If it is too thick, add a little more water)
  3. Pour batter onto heated oiled pan (butter and oil) 
  4. Add bananas onto pancake and heat for 30-60 seconds or until bottom pancake easy to lift / golden brown
  5. Flip to heat on the other side for 30-60 seconds 
  6. Serve with almond butter and some blueberries to enjoy. 

 Here's more smarter tips to make your pancakes perfect in every bite:-

  • Add water little by little and continue stirring to get the consistency you like
  • If batter too thin, add a little more¬†pancake mix.¬† If it is too thick, add a little more water.
  • Adding egg is not necessary (it's optional) but egg is a great way to boost your protein the natural way (without relying on processed protein powders). Egg also helps¬†make your pancake extra fluffy.
  • Our pancakes are super tasting you can reheat them in a toaster or oven¬†- freeze the leftover pancakes o a large baking sheet, placed in a zip lock bag.
  • Don't cook your pancakes too long to keep the fluffiness : as long as you can lift your pancakes and you see light golden brown, you can flip / remove from pan.¬†
