Overnight Oatmeal Parfaits in 3 Easy Ways
Most overnight oats recipes only contain 2 ingredients (plain oats and milk) and you end up consuming more oats than you need in a day, but not with our gourmet oatmeal.

1. Chocolate-Raspberry Parfait Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Chocolate Oatmeal Base
- 1 packet Chocolate Goji
- 1/2C (150ml) hot water
Yoghurt-Nut Butter Base (*optional)
- 2 Tbs plain greek yoghurt
- 1 Tbs almond butter (peanut butter works too)
- 2 tsp cacao nibs (or chocolate chips)
Toppings
- frozen rasperries (handful)
- 2 Tbs (about 40g) cacao nibs (or chocolate chips)
- 1-2 tsp (7g) coconut oil
Directions
- Yoghurt-Nut Butter Base : Mix all the ingredients in the and press firmly to the bottom of a clean empty glass jar
- Chocolate Oatmeal Base : In a separate bowl,
- Add hot water to Chocolate Goji pack
- Stir well (pro-tip : use back of spoon to press down the dates to release more natural sweetness to the oatmeal)
- Pour on top of yoghurt base in the glass jar & refrigerate overnight / enjoy right away with toppings in Step 3. below
3. Toppings Chocolate Melt :
- Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil for 20-30 seconds and stir well until chocolate is running for easier drizzle.
4. Top with frozen raspberries on overnight oats in a jar
5. drizzle with melted chocolate, enjoy!
2. Coconut Latte- Tea 'Cham' Overnight Oatmeal
Ingredients
Coconut Latte Oatmeal Base
- 1 packet Coconut Latte
- 1/2C (150ml) hot water
- 1 tea bag English Breakfast (or any tea you have)
Yoghurt-Nut Butter Base (*optional)
- 2 Tbs plain greek yoghurt
- 1 Tbs almond butter (peanut butter works too)
- 2 tsp dark chocolate chips
Toppings
- frozen wildberries (handful)
- dust with cocoa powder
Directions
- Yoghurt-Nut Butter Base : Mix all the ingredients in the and press firmly to the bottom of a clean empty glass jar
- Coconut Latte Oatmeal Base : In a separate bowl,
- Add hot water to Coconut Latte pack
- Stir well (pro-tip : use back of spoon to press down the dates to release more natural sweetness to the oatmeal)
- Pour on top of yoghurt base in the glass jar & refrigerate overnight / enjoy right away with toppings in Step 3. below
3. Top with frozen wildberries on overnight oats in a jar and dust with chocolate powder, enjoy!
3. Apple-Cinnamon Pie Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Caramalised Apple
- 1 apple (cubed)
- 1/4 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4C water
Cinnamon Raisin Roll Oatmeal Base
- 1 packet Cinnamon Raisin Roll
- 1/2C (150ml) hot water
Directions
- Caramalised Apple : Saute ingredients in a pan & simmer with lid closed for about 5 minutes until apples softens. Leave to cool and pour 1/2 into an empty clean jar (leave the other 1/2 for toppings)
- Cinnamon Raisin Roll Oatmeal Base : In a separate bowl,
- Add hot water to Cinnamon Raisin Roll pack
- Stir well (pro-tip : use back of spoon to press down the dates to release more natural sweetness to the oatmeal)
- Pour on top of caramalized apple-banana base in the glass jar & refrigerate overnight / enjoy right away with Step 3. below
3. Pour the remaining half of caramalised apple-banana on top of oatmeal.
4. Top with some coconut / plain Greek yoghurt dusted with cinnamon powder and garnish with some sliced apples. Enjoy!
Nutrition Pro-tip :
- Apples are high in Vitamin C and fiber.
- Even though they have both natural healthy fruit sugar, but green apples have lower sugar content than red apples. Great if you are watching your sugar intake. Perfect to way to use green apples this way as this recipes helps to make the naturally sour green apples yummier to eat
- Green apples are also generally slightly cheaper than red apples too
