*Updated : 3 Ways Healthier Homemade Instant Granola (No-Oven)

We all love granolas - but let's be honest, even though your store-bought granola package claims that they use "healthier sugar alternatives", they typically are loaded with more added sugar than your body needs as they will need a huge amount of sugar syrup (ie honey, maple, cane sugar, brown sugar etc) to glaze their ingredients so that they stick and form clusters when baked to give you that sweet cluster crunch.

We want to show you how quick and easy you can make a healthier better granola at home. That way you can have full control not just how sweet you like them, but you also get to enjoy them freshly made every time.

Say goodbye to the store-bought granolas, here are 2 easy ways to make and enjoy a better-for-you using our real whole food gourmet oatmeal packs.

 

Air-tight container : 1 week

Fridge -Friendly : 3-4 weeks 

Freezer-Friendly : 2-3 months

 

1. Chocolate Goji Homemade Granola 

INGREDIENTS :-

  • 1 packet GO BASIX Chocolate Goji Gourmet Oatmeal (contains 6 nutrient-dense whole food ingredients : see everything in this pack)
  • 1-2 TBS Coconut Oil (or any oil of your choice)
  • 1-2 TBS of pure maple syrup (or pure honey)
  • pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt

DIRECTIONS :-

    1. Mix all the ingredients well
    2. Heat on a stove for 3-4 minutes or until evenly golden brown. (Alternatively if you prefer to use an oven : bake in a pre-heated oven at 180'C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp).
    3. Enjoy with fresh or frozen fruits and yoghurt. Top with some cacao nibs or shaved chocolate.

2. Cinnamon Raisin Homemade Granola with freeze-dried fruit chips

 INGREDIENTS :-

  • 1 packet GO BASIX Cinnamon Raisin Roll (contains 6 nutrient-dense whole food ingredients : see everything in this pack)
  • 3 tsp coconut oil (or any oil of your choice)
  • 1-2 tsp of melted coconut sugar (or maple / honey)
  • pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt

Toppings (optional) :

DIRECTIONS :-

  1. Mix all the ingredients well 
  2. Heat on a stove for 3-4 minutes or until evenly golden brown. (Alternatively if you prefer to use an oven : bake in a pre-heated oven at 180'C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp).
  3. Leave to cool for 10 minutes and add your toppings.
  4. Enjoy with fresh or frozen fruits and yoghurt.
