Chocolate Goji Smoothie Frappuccino (Dairy-Free, Vegan)

Who doesn't love Chocolates, especially ice-cold blended to cool-off the heat yet are low in calorie and super nutritious for you too - yes every single ingredient in this recipe is made from 100% natural real whole food and superfood which are so good for you.

ps : we use unsweetened raw cocoa powder (and not sugar-loaded poor quality chocolate most places serve outside)

And what we love is that it's super quick and easy to make - only 4 ingredients :-

INGREDIENTS (serves 1) :-

DIRECTIONS :-

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender 
  2. Blend until smooth & enjoy!

 

Nutrition Tips : Use a plant milk like almond mylk that is fortified with calcium (offers approximately 120 mg calcium per 100 mL serving). If you want to watch your calories more, skip milk and just use water. 

Tips : For your blender to blend better, add liquid first > ingredients > lastly ice (so the ingredients get mixed thoroughly first below before getting to the hard part of blending the ice).
