We love this Apple-Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal by @hui_dairry as she not only relies on the natural sweetness of dates from our Cinnamon Raisin Roll gourmet oatmeal pack and apples, but it is gluten free, delicious, and simple to make, perfect for as a healthy delightful meal filled with holiday family feels.

Ingredients

BASE

TOPPINGS
  • 1/2 apple (diced)
  • Handful pecans (chopped)
  • 1 Tbs Coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1-2Tbs Cider vinegar

Method

  1. Mix base ingredients & bake for 20-25mins at 150’C
  2. Meanwhile prepare toppings ingredients by cooking on a pre-heated pan and sauté until apples are soft and top on the baked apple-cinnamon oats with some yoghurt and drizzle of honey, ENJOY!
