Almond Latte Pancakes with topped with Coconut Yoghurt, Cacao Nibs & Maple (Flourless, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free)
These Almond Latte pancakes are the best! They are completely flourless and gluten-free, made with only purposely ingredients like oats, almonds and flaxseed. They have a tinge of coffee in them so they tastes likes that creamy-coconut latte from the cafe but, way more satisfying and healthier 😋!
Only 3-5 minutes to make, and all you need is just to add water or milk, follow along!

- ¼ C (35g) GO BASIX Almond Latte Flourless Pancake Mix
- ⅛ C (55g) water or milk
- 2-3 Tbs coconut yoghurt
- 2 Tsp cacao nibs
- Drizzle of gula melaka
- Add water/milk to pancake
- Stir well until thick-creamy consistency (add more liquid if needed)
- Heat on an oiled pan for 1-2 mins and flip to heat the other side for another 30-60seconds. Serve with coconut yoghurt, drizzle of gula melaka, sprinkle with cacao nibs and enjoy!
Use a plant milk like almond mylk that is fortified with calcium (offers approximately 120 mg calcium per 100 mL serving).
