Cinnamon-Banana Cake in 2 Ways (Flourless, Gluten-Free, NO-Added Sugar)

1. Classic Flourless Banana Cake topped with Melted Chocolate

Recipe Makes 1

  • 40g chocolate
  • 8g coconut oil

  1. Add all dry ingredients & mix well
  2. Add water & mix well
  3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes

4. Mix ingredients & microwave for 20 seconds & stir well.
5. Heat for another 10-15 seconds if needed to melt more and stir well. Drizzle on cake & enjoy!
*Line ovenproof dish with oil to remove easily
Nutrition Tips
*Go for dark chocolate as it contains less sugar and more cocoa (higher in antioxidants)

2. Flourless Walnut-Chocolate Chip Banana Cake 

Recipe Makes 1

210 kcal | Protein 8g | Fat 6g | Carbs 40g
  • 1/4-1/2 banana
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoon (measuring spoon) / 6 TBS regular dinner spoon of water
  • 2-3 tsp chocolate chips
  • 2-3 tsp roasted walnuts
  • sprinkle of pumpkin seeds (optional)
  1. Mash banana
  2. Add GO BASIX oatmeal and baking powder. Stir well.
  3. Add coconut oil and water. Mix well.
  4. Add in chocolate chips and walnuts. Mix well
  5. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Tips :-
Alternatively you can replace microwave with oven or steam :-
  • Oven : 180'C for 20-25 minutes
  • Steam : 15-20 minutes
